30-day return window

You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your FORSPARK order.

How to start a return

Email shopifyfs@cosflyhome.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. For an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, include a description and photos where possible.

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please contact us before sending anything back; do not send a return to an Amazon fulfillment center without the return instructions supplied for your order.

Item condition

For a change-of-mind return, return the item unused, in its original condition, with its packaging, accessories and included parts. These condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs when the return is not related to a product quality issue or an error with your order, including a change of mind or choosing an unsuitable size. If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate return or resolution at our expense.

Refunds

After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and issue the approved refund to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

This policy applies to purchases made directly from the FORSPARK online store. For purchases made on Amazon, use the return process associated with that Amazon order.
