Place a chair beside a stable surface for your cup, then check that you can reach it comfortably. Leave room for a second chair without blocking the path to the door.
An afternoon without an agenda
Try grouping seats around a shared table rather than spreading them around the edge of the patio. Keep a clear path through the space and notice whether everyone has room to settle in.
Care between gatherings
