Open your confirmation email
Find the confirmation for your order and open its View your order link. If a shipping notification has been sent, use the tracking link included in that message for the carrier's available updates.
Check your customer account
Sign in with the email address used for the order to view the order information available in your account. If you cannot find the confirmation, check your email's spam or junk folder.
Still need an update?
Contact us with the order number, the email used at checkout and a brief description of the issue. If a tracking link is not available, ask for an order update rather than entering details into an unrelated tracking service.
