FORSPARK / A little help for your space
Choose a seat for your space.

Good seating starts with the setting: the counter, the people using it and the space they need to move.
Compare counter and seat height
Measure from the floor to the underside of the counter or table, then compare that height with the stool's stated seat height. Check the product's fit guidance and leave room for legs rather than choosing by the stool's overall height.
Look at the whole seat
Review the seat width and depth, the full footprint and any back or arm dimensions listed for the stool. Consider how each person will get on and off the seat, and whether it can sit where you intend when not in use.
Leave a clear route around the group
Plan the arrangement with seats occupied as well as tucked away. Make room for people to pass behind them and to reach the counter without blocking a doorway or the kitchen's working areas.
Make the arrangement fit your routine
A quick breakfast and a longer conversation may use the same counter differently. Start with those everyday moments, compare the exact stool dimensions and ask about anything that is not clearly specified.
